“I Feel welcome and at ease in Shaun’s classes. His instruction is clear and precise, but he also reminds us that it is OUR practice. I always leave his class with a glow of physical workout and knowing that my fellow tribesman have my back. Shaun graciously gives you his time outside of class as well, offering new ideas to challenge us. I sincerely appreciate Shaun leading our classes and especially for being the man he is.”

“Shaun’s yoga class has been an incredilbe experience. I had been interested in yoga for years, but had always been too intimidated to try it. The Evolving Man yoga class has been perfect for me. It is physically challenging, yet Shaun is always patient and encouraging with beginners such as myself. He is a calm yet powerful force, brimming with a positive outlook. I highly recommend the Evolving Man Class, and any other yoga class Shaun teaches.”

PROGRAMS

Evolving YOUth Yoga

The Evolving YOUth Yoga Program was inspired by the amazing kids I was able to work with through Yoga Haven Las Vegas, a non-for-profit organization providing yoga and wellness for underprivileged youth in Las Vegas.

(Mountain View Elementary School – Ages 6-10, Bruner Elementary School – 1st Grade Classes)

I created this program from a passion I have found in teaching children healthy coping skills through the power of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and music. After participation in these practices, the students have vocalized feelings of relaxation, happiness, focus, strength and respect.

Who is this program for?

– Young children (Ages 3-5)

– Elementary School (Ages 6-10)

Students have vocalized feelings of:

– Relaxation

– Happiness

– Calm

– Focus

– Respect

– Strength

Meals: “In The Road: Vermont Street Food” Chef Spencer Cone’s Gourment Mobile Kitchen.

Before returning home to his native Vermont, Spencer worked in top Manhattan kitchens learning the tricks of the trade, honing his craft, and getting to experience a wide range of cuisines. Based out of rural East Topsham, Vermont, Spencer’s main goal with “In The Road” and food in general is to return cooking and eating to a place of loving intention. Not catering to what is “in” but rather to what is in all of us. When we cook food at “In The Road”, we are simply presenting the best ingredients nature has to offer while spinning them into a artful alchemical dance. Food is the ultimate medicine and in that sense this food truck is the ultimate pharmacy.
